In today's society, only by deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises can we give full play to the respective advantages and resources of enterprises and schools, promote the sustainable development of industry-education integration, better cultivate high-quality and highly skilled application-oriented talents for economic industrial chain enterprises in various districts, and more effectively promote the promotion and stabilization of employment for college students, and improve students' hands-on practical ability and social competitiveness.
On March 16-17, 2023, Biaobang and Xi'an Transportation Vocational School jointly hosted the inaugural "Biaobang Cup" Automotive Maintenance Skills Competition, themed "Skills for Talent, Strengthening the Nation," which concluded successfully. This was the first stop in Biaobang's 2023 campus tour and a significant step forward. This event further solidified Biaobang's commitment to evolving from an industrial brand to a consumer brand, continuously improving its services to provide customers with satisfactory results, contributing to the industry's success and establishing itself as a national brand.
Mr. Guan Canji, manager of the technical service department of Biaobang Company, introduced the products and three major project practical trainings to the teachers and students present: "Deep maintenance of automobile air conditioners", "Deep maintenance of three-way catalytic converters", and "In-cylinder pulse decarbonization maintenance". After the three project trainings were completed, the teachers and students present benefited a lot from Mr. Guan Canji's sharing. The students have been practicing seriously on the spot. When they encountered something they didn't understand, the students communicated with each other and asked Manager Guan for help when they encountered professional problems. The learning atmosphere on the spot was very rich.
This competition is an opportunity for participating students to put their classroom learning into practice and test their academic achievements. A total of 108 students participated in this competition. After one round of competition, four teams of 12 students entered the finals.
Xi'an Students Showcase Their Talents And Focus On Technology
The highlight of the event was the finals. Students from the Xi'an Automotive Engineering Department began their competitions in an orderly manner. The competition included two practical events:
"Automotive Air Conditioner Deep Maintenance" and "Three-Way Catalytic Converter Deep Maintenance." Four cars competed simultaneously, strictly following the district competition procedures and judging criteria.
"In-depth maintenance of automobile air conditioning" and "in-depth maintenance of ternary catalytic converter" play a very key role in automobile maintenance.
Car air conditioning deep washing and care set:

Effectively clean the dirt in the air conditioning evaporation box and ventilation gates, improve the cooling effect of the air conditioner, save energy, effectively maintain the air conditioning system, and extend the service life of the air conditioner.
- Disinfection and deodorization
It can safely and quickly sterilize and prevent mold, thoroughly clean the pollution source of the air conditioner, avoid the spread of diseases, filter polluted air, decompose and remove harmful substances such as amino nicotinoid, and remove moldy odor, sweat odor, body odor, smoke odor and other air conditioning odors.
- Fresh air
Relieve dizziness, drowsiness, sneezing, and other malcomfort caused by air quality problems, and maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for the air in the car.
Ternary catalytic deep washing and care set:
Quickly remove sulfur and phosphorus complexes and various deposits on the surface of the catalytic converter, unblock the clogging of the catalytic converter, reduce carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide emissions, restore the activity of the catalytic converter, improve the conversion rate of exhaust gas, reduce exhaust emissions, and extend the service life of the catalytic converter.
Award Ceremony
After intense and fierce competition, at 11 a.m. on March 17, the list of winners of each award was released.
The award ceremony was presided over by Mr. Du Xiaowei, a teacher of Xi'an Transportation Vocational School, and Mr. Dang Zhimin, the manager of the Northwest Region, announced the list of winners of the competition.
At the event site, certificates and bonuses were issued, and a group photo was taken. So far, the first "Biaobang Cup" Automobile Maintenance Skills Competition of Xi'an Transportation Vocational School has come to a successful conclusion.
