How to Use:
System Shutdown & Cooling
Ensure the vehicle or equipment is powered off and all brake components have cooled to ambient temperature prior to application.
Surface Preparation
Remove loose debris or heavy deposits if necessary to improve solvent contact efficiency.
Can Preparation
Shake the aerosol can thoroughly for 20–30 seconds to ensure uniform dispersion of active solvents.
Application
Spray the cleaner directly onto the contaminated brake or mechanical components from an appropriate distance, allowing the solvent to penetrate into crevices and contact surfaces.
Solvent Action
Allow sufficient dwell time for the solvent to dissolve oil, gum, dirt, and oxidized residues.
Residue Removal
Wipe off loosened contaminants with a clean, lint-free cloth, or allow the solvent to evaporate completely for residue-free drying.
Reassembly & Inspection
Ensure all cleaned components are fully dry before reassembly and operation. Inspect parts to confirm cleanliness prior to use.
