By deepening school–enterprise cooperation, the plan aims to effectively address the separation between knowledge and skills, as well as between learning and work, thereby better cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talent and aligning professional programs with the needs of industries and enterprises.
University-Industry Collaboration for a Shared Future
From June 20 to 21, 2023, Biaobang successfully co-hosted the First "Bianbang Cup" Skills Competition with Chengdu Wantong Future Advanced Technical School. This event marked the fourth stop of Bianbang’s 2023 Campus Tour, representing a significant step in the company’s transition from an industrial brand to a consumer-facing brand. It also contributed to advancing industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration, enabling mutual complementarity of strengths and resource sharing between the two parties, while further expanding channels for student internships and employment.
Speech by the School Representative
First, at the opening of the event, Director Zhou Hai, representing the school, delivered a speech. He warmly welcomed all the teachers and students present at the first "PBP Cup" Skills Competition and expressed sincere gratitude to PBP for supporting the school-enterprise initiative. He emphasized that industry-education collaboration enables high-quality training of industry professionals to meet corporate demands. Strengthening such cooperation not only helps the school overcome challenges such as insufficient faculty, internship resources, and funding but also allows timely adjustments in program structures and promotes the “Three Educations” reform, ultimately advancing vocational education to a higher level.

Next, Manager Li Yiping from the Marketing Department of PBP addressed the audience on behalf of the company. She introduced PBP’s development history, corporate philosophy, and future direction. Regarding school-enterprise collaboration, she highlighted how it enables students to align their technical skills with industry standards and promotes the development of applied talents in a new era of university-industry partnership. She expressed hope for continued and deepened cooperation between both parties to create a shared future.
Donation Ceremony
Following the speeches, a product donation ceremony was held between the two parties. PBP has developed a full series of over 100 products, building a comprehensive product system that covers entire vehicle maintenance. These products are widely used in various areas, including automotive paint cleaning and care, interior cleaning and maintenance, brake system maintenance, engine maintenance, chassis and transmission system maintenance, lubrication system maintenance, and transmission system maintenance. Suitable for diverse climates and environments, they contribute to a safe and reliable driving experience.

Chengdu students show off their talents
The carburetor cleaner, used during the first Chengdu Wantong "Biaobang" Skills Competition, plays a vital role in automotive maintenance. It is deployed in over 300 Biaobang stores across China and performs exceptionally well in removing stubborn stains, sludge, and oil residues from vehicles.
