Features:

This product is an ethylene glycol-based coolant specifically designed for New Energy Vehicles (NEVs). It integrates multiple functions, including cooling, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, anti-freeze, and temperature stabilization. It features excellent low electrical conductivity, anti-foaming properties, and chemical stability, providing superior protection for key NEV liquid cooling system components such as battery heat exchange plates, thermal management valves, drive water pumps, and cooling pipelines. The product demonstrates outstanding compatibility with the entire liquid cooling system and non-metallic components, including EPDM, silicone rubber, PTFE, and polypropylene resins. It is suitable for all types of NEVs, including Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs).

How to Use:

  1. Before using the system, make sure it is completely cool.
    Before adding or replacing coolant, ensure that the vehicle and liquid cooling system have cooled completely.

  2. Drain old coolant (if applicable).
    When replacing the current coolant, completely drain the old fluid from the cooling system to avoid contamination or performance degradation.

  3. Prepare the coolant.
    Use the product as given if it is pre-mixed.
    If concentrated, dilute with deionized or distilled water at the specified ratio.

  4. Refill the cooling system.
    Slowly add coolant to the EV's liquid cooling system until it reaches the appropriate level.

  5. Bleed air from the system.
    Remove any trapped air to promote adequate circulation and heat transfer.
  6. Check for leaks and system operation
    After filling, run the system and check for leaks, abnormal pressure, or warning indicators.


Important Notes:

  • Avoid mixing with other coolant brands or types, particularly non-EV or unknown formulas.

  • Dilute only with deionized or distilled water; tap water may compromise conductivity and corrosion prevention.

  • Avoid contamination from oil, fuel, or other chemicals.

  • Do not use in systems that were not built for liquid cooling.

  • Follow the car manufacturer's guidelines for coolant change intervals.

  • Keep in a sealed container out of direct sunlight and excessive temperatures.
  • Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area

  • Recommended storage temperature: –10°C to 35°C

  • Shelf life depends on storage conditions and packaging
